The Wedding Reception Experience is designed for couples who have their ceremony and earlier wedding-day logistics handled separately, but want SRE to take ownership of the reception flow, music, atmosphere, and guest experience.

Included within the Reception Experience:

  • Personalized planning sessions and reception timeline development
  • Professional DJ and MC services
  • Reception leadership, formalities, announcements, and guest-flow management
  • Music programming tailored to you, your guests, and the flow of your celebration
  • Coordination with your venue and key wedding professionals
  • Premium sound system sized appropriately for the venue and guest count
  • Dance Floor Wash Lighting and Architectural Accents, configured to complement the reception space
  • A dedicated one-event-per-day commitment

Additional wedding coverage beyond the included 6 hours is available in 30-minute increments at $150 per additional 30 minutes.

Included coverage may be used as needed within the limits of the package; unused time does not reduce the package price.
