Each breakout room includes:
- Premium sound system appropriately sized for the room
- Professional audio mixer and necessary audio connectivity
- Up to four wireless microphones
- Dedicated audio technician for up to an 8-hour on-site shift
- Setup and removal of included audio equipment
Designed for a single breakout or meeting room with audiences generally up to 200 guests, subject to room layout, venue acoustics, and program requirements.
Additional breakout rooms are priced separately at the same per-room rate. Presentation video, expanded microphone requirements, extended technician coverage, and additional production services may be added based on event requirements.
Included coverage may be used as needed within the limits of the package; unused time does not reduce the package price.

Production is designed around your venue, audience, program, and entertainment requirements, with professional sound reinforcement, technical coordination, and production support scaled appropriately for the event.

Each production is custom-designed based on audience size, room configuration, technical requirements, entertainment, and program complexity. Presentation video, live camera support, expanded lighting, breakout rooms, and other production services may be incorporated into your proposal as needed.
Event Production & A/V begins at $3,500. A consultation is required to develop your production plan and proposal.
Professional live sound reinforcement for bands, performers, festivals, fairs, community events, and live entertainment.
Each system is designed around the performance, venue, audience, and technical requirements, with professional front-of-house mixing and sound reinforcement scaled appropriately for the event.
Starting production includes:
- Professional front-of-house sound system sized for the event
- Digital mixing and system processing
- One professional sound engineer
- Up to four wired or wireless microphones or bodypack systems
- Up to two stage monitor mixes with wedge monitoring
- Standard microphones, direct inputs, stands, cabling, power, and connectivity required for the agreed production
- Setup, system tuning, and removal of included equipment
Additional performers, expanded monitoring, wireless in-ear monitoring, additional wireless systems, additional engineers, lighting, and other production requirements may be added as needed.
Live Sound Production begins at $1,500. Final pricing is based on audience size, venue, performance schedule, input requirements, monitoring, staffing, and production complexity. Artist riders and rider-specific equipment are reviewed separately and may require adjustments to the production proposal.
